- 4 oranges
- 150 g of anchovies in oil
- ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
Wash the oranges and dry them. Slice thinly, without peeling. Place the slices on a “sperlunga” (oval serving dish), garnish with anchovy fillets and season with salt and oil.
